Why NPKD Social Enterprise?
NPKD Social Enterprise is a local business model that aims to solving problems in community by integrating business management and other methodologies to develop financial sustainability that achieves from products or services that are developed from local resource, earn a return from the investment and make further profit.
NongPoKidDee Social Enterprise is under the operation of Baan Noorg Collaborative Arts & Culture, Initiated project by Jiandyin (Jiradej and Pornpilai Meemalai) in 2017. The aim is to be a community enterprise that can be a learning resource for the development and local wisdom of the community of Nongpho village. Nongpho’s main industry is Dairy Farming. NPKD (Nongpo-KID-dee) Social Enterprise’s mission is to train and educate the youth and villagers of Nongpho on the development of raw materials within the local area. Moreover, the enterprise’s expectation is the participants are able to transfer knowledge to their families, to add value to at hand raw materials and to create income, as a result.
ทำไมต้อง NPKD วิสาหกิจชุมชน?
NPKDวิสาหกิจชุมชน คือ กิจการที่มีจุดมุ่งหมายในการช่วยแก้ปัญหาภายในสังคม โดยใช้กลไกการบริหารจัดการทางด้านธุรกิจ และทางด้านอื่น ๆ เข้ามามีส่วนร่วม เพื่อสร้างความยั่งยืนทางการเงินที่มาจากสินค้าหรือบริการ และมีการทำรายได้ที่ได้ไปลงทุนซ้ำเพื่อขยายผล
หนองโพKiD ดี วิสาหกิจชุมชน ดำเนินงานภายใต้การกำกับดูแลโดย Baan Noorg Collaborative Arts & Culture ริเริ่มโครงการโดย jiandyin (จิระเดช และ พรพิไล มีมาลัย) ในปี 2560 มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อเป็นวิสาหกิจชุมชนที่สามารถเป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้ในการพัฒนา และต่อยอดภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นของชุมชนหนองโพ ซึ่งเป็นชุมชนที่มีอาชีพหลักคือการทำกิจการเลี้ยงโคนม โดยเริ่มจากการฝึกอบรมให้ความรู้กับเยาวชนในชุมชนในการคิดต่อยอด พัฒนา แปรรูปวัตถุดิบในท้องถิ่น (น้ำนม) และสามารถถ่ายทอดความรู้ไปสู่ครัวเรือนเพื่อสามารถที่จะนำไปเพิ่มมูลค่าให้กับวัตถุดิบ และสร้างรายได้แก่ครัวเรือนต่อไป
NPKD วิสาหกิจชุมชน กับการพัฒนา
การริเริ่มสบู่นมที่มีส่วนผสมหลักเป็นน้ำนมดิบจากฟาร์มโคนมในชุมชน โดยมีครูดุ๋ยและครูท้อ (จุฑามาส บูรณะเจตน์ & ปิติ อัมระรงค์) จาก o-d-a เป็นผู้คิดค้นสูตรตั้งต้น และคอยให้คำแนะนำเราเสมอมา จากนั้น NPKD มีการจัดกิจกรรมเผยแพร่ความรู้ทั้งในชุมชนและนอกชุมชน คู่ขนานกับการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์อย่างค่อยเป็นค่อยไป ในปีนี้ ทีมงานจะทำการวิจัยและพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ เพื่อให้ได้สบู่นมที่มีคุณภาพ และมาตรฐานที่แน่นอนสำหรับทุกคน และเพื่อให้วิสาหกิจชุมชนเล็กๆแห่งนี้ สามารถเป็นแหล่งความรู้เพื่อการเรียนรู้ พัฒนาชุมชนและทุกคนสามารถร่วมเป็นส่วนหนึ่งได้ โดยร่วมเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ชุมชนเพื่อชุมชนโดยชุมชน
NPKD Social Enterprise Devolopment
The program has initiated milk soap that is made from raw milk, the main ingredient from dairy farms in the community. In 2015 Program’s mentors, Kru Dui and Kru Tho (Jutamas Buranajade & Piti Amraranga) from o-d-a design team originated the soap’s formula and continually contribute to offer advise for product development. In addition, the NPKD program has organized activities to disseminate knowledge inside and outside the community in parallel with the product development. Since 2019, the team has been researching and developing product to achieve better quality and standard of milk soap for everyone. Moreover, this is a model of small community enterprise that can be a knowledge hub for learning and developing in which everyone can engage and take part in the product development for the community and by the community.
